Embark on a playful and exploratory journey of self-expression and liberation through free movement, flow and ecstatic dance. Guided sessions allow one to experience the joy of spontaneous movement, learn to feel the subtle energies within your body, and reconnect with your intuition. Free movement offers a unique opportunity to release pent-up emotions, expand your self-awareness, and cultivate curiosity as well as a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you. Studies have shown that ecstatic dance meditations can reduce stress, increase energy levels, and promote emotional well-being by stimulating the release of endorphins and other feel-good hormones.

Sessions are by pre-arrangement and at an additional cost, unless by occasional spontaneous inclusion in the daily flow.
