Like everything we do, our approach is rooted in sustainability. Our whole-foods, seasonal menu is inspired by local, low-impact ingredients sourced from nearby growers or harvested fresh from our Abundance Garden. Alongside the incredibly talented Chef Arabella of Eat to Thrive, our kitchen team regularly reimagines plant-based cooking through bold flavours, surprising combinations and thoughtful preparation. Each new dish is a delicate balance of nourishment, creativity and zero-waste principles.

Did you know that South Africa throws away around 10 million tonnes of food each year? This, while an estimated 20 million people live in food poverty, going to bed hungry every night. By finding innovative ways to turn discarded onion skins, blemished apples and leftover mash into stocks, teas and soups, we aim to minimise our waste and lead the way in conscious cooking.
